These candles can send a message to your friends and family this Christmas

A TAYSIDE based boutique is set to rock Christmas around the world – after their music inspired collection of candles went viral on social media.

Little Lies has seen their social media following double since they launched the range of hand shaped candles – posed in three rock ‘n roll gestures – earlier this year.

The business – which was started from a bedroom just two years ago and now sells their unique range across the globe from their premises in Tayside – commissioned three uniquely designed candles that fit in with their boho ethos.

One depicts a hand in a devil horns pose, another makes a peace sign while the third gives a cheeky middle finger.

The range started as a small addition to the brand’s unique range – but have quickly become a best-seller and have driven more than 30,000 people to follow the business on social media.

Now they are set to become a Christmas best-seller with the firm ramping up orders to meet demand.

Jade Beatson, who started the online store in 2015, said: “Our hand candles are all about not taking life seriously and bringing that rock ‘n roll spirit into your home decor.

“They have been incredibly popular – every time we make a social media post about them the likes and comments and shares go off the charts.

“They are exclusive to us – designed by the Little Lies team and produced specially for us by our suppliers.

“We launched them earlier this year and the response has been phenomenal, with sales rolling in from around the world, including high profile customers spending hundreds of pounds buying multiple sets.

“Now we’ve launched a new colour range and we’re ramping up our stocks because we’ve already seen people starting to buy them as gifts.

“We expect them to be our number one Christmas seller – it’s incredible how popular they’ve become so quickly.

“They look great and they’re a little bit cheeky and fun and they seem to just have caught the imagination.”

Jade added: “It’s also great that people are willing to support small, independent businesses at this time of year – and we’re delighted to be able to offer a unique range that meets that demand.”
